If you're in Britain, you can buy the book from all the links on the previous page or from any bookshop. However, the price is quite steep, as the book is imported. Much more sensible if you order from Amazon.co.uk.

The reviews on the UK version of Amazon stopped after a, shall we say, unfortunate review, but the USA site had other readers (whom I love forever) rebutting her criticisms.
